UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the following statutory rights apply to you and are not affected by anything else in these Terms:

Consumer Rights Act 2015: All products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, or a repair or replacement after that period.
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (cooling-off period). You must notify us of your decision to cancel at info@stetmnlondon.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Please note: sample/miniature vials (1.2ml) are exempt from the right of cancellation under Regulation 28 as they are unsealed goods that may deteriorate rapidly.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
