Your Legal Rights (UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your product is faulty or does not match the description, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Right of Cancellation (UK & EU Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at info@stetmnlondon.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the cost of return shipping.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Sample vials (1.2ml) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stetmnlondon.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
