Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your STETMN fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Full-size bottles (15ml+) are eligible for 30-day returns if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Sample vials (1.2ml) are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
Opened or partially used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
Gift sets must be returned complete and intact.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Package items securely and send to the address provided
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@stetmnlondon.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
