This page explains how STETMN London handles order processing, delivery estimates, customs, and eligible returns. Shipping options and final rates are shown at checkout based on your destination and selected service.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The final cost may vary by destination, order weight, delivery service, and local carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: estimated 3-7 business days
  • Europe: estimated 7-14 business days
  • United States and Canada: estimated 10-18 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: estimated 10-20 business days
  • Rest of World: estimated 14-25 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, local holidays, carrier delays, and peak periods may affect delivery time.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Sample vials, discovery samples, opened fragrances, and used products are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email info@stetmnlondon.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@stetmnlondon.com with your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
