Choosing and discovering fragrance
How do I choose the right STETMN fragrance?
Start with the Discovery Sample Set. It includes six 1.2ml fragrance samples so you can wear each scent on different days before choosing a larger bottle.
What is included in the Discovery Sample Set?
The set includes six 1.2ml fragrance samples, with one sample for each STETMN fragrance in the current perfume collection. Compare the perfume collection.
Are STETMN fragrances genderless?
Yes. STETMN presents its fragrances as genderless and designed for personal expression rather than traditional for-him or for-her categories.
Shipping and returns
Where does STETMN ship?
Available shipping services and final rates are shown at checkout for your destination. International orders may also be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import charges. See Shipping & Returns.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for the United Kingdom, 7-14 for Europe, 10-18 for the United States and Canada, 10-20 for Asia-Pacific, and 14-25 for the rest of the world. These estimates are not guarantees.
Can I return a fragrance?
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Sample vials, discovery samples, opened fragrances, and used products are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or damaged on arrival. See the Refund Policy.
What should I do if an order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email info@stetmnlondon.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
