Returns & Refund Policy

At STETMN London, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your fragrance. This policy is governed by UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cancellation right.

The 14-day cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing before the 14-day period expires.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty.

Note: The right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened perfume bottles, used samples).

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods we sell must be:

As described - matching the description provided on our website
Of satisfactory quality - free from defects and of acceptable finish
Fit for purpose - suitable for the use for which fragrances are normally supplied

If any product does not meet these standards, you are entitled to:

A full refund within 30 days of purchase (short-term right to reject)
A repair or replacement after 30 days
A partial or full refund if repair/replacement is not possible after 6 months

Standard Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a full refund.
Sample vials (1.2ml) that have been opened are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items can be returned at any time within 6 months - we will cover return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
